Although I have my days of complaining about the missing features of the iPad and I still can’t believe the draconian lengths Apple are going too forcing C,C++ and Objective-C ONLY on developers I still come across something I love about the iPad most days.

Today I am loving what a great experience viewing photos on the iPad is and the free application from The Guardian called ‘eyewitness’ reminded me of this today.

The application is simple and showcases great photographs that look fantastic on the iPad full colour display. This is a great use of colour, unlike my iPad v Kindle post yesterday.

As someone who likes to take photographs but is not very good at it I particularly like the Pro Tips that come with each photo. Some samples below. Enjoy.
